I began my studies and practice in 1990 at the Sivananda Yoga Center in San Francisco. Since then I have practiced in different classical Yoga traditions but my Asana practice is rooted in Ashtanga yoga. I firmly believe that yoga is a complex system that begins with curiosity and willingness to go within one's self.

I integrated this wealth of experience into a process towards true and lasting transformation. In my classes, I emphasize correct alignment of the body in yoga postures to minimize the potential for injuries and to maximize optimal energy flow. I lead an energetic, systematic and safe class, and I offer different range of intensity of poses so that they can be accessible to all levels of students. I am known for hands- on adjustments to enhance and guide my student's yoga practice. I hope to inspire my fellow practitioners to extend the practice of yoga by encouraging them to bring the love of yoga into their everyday life.
